Sigh... went out with yanling, wanling and karen today. shall start with chrono order...
ok. we met at orchard mrt, then shopped at taka. shopped and shopped and shopped. ok well, WINDOW shop. Then we went to this posh japanese restaurant to eat lunch. OMG so filling man!!!!! coz the rice very chewy and sticky. Ms Lim said the more you chew and the longer you take to eat, the fuller you'll feel. Coz chewing action send signal to brain to tell it that you're full. That's why diet bars are effecient when they are CHEWY! Ok, i din finish. too much. AND the bill came up to almost $70!!! got 4% GST, then 10% service charge. Actually I tot must tip the waitress, but the rest were so indignant over the price that they don't want. Then we continued to window shop.
Went to try many clothes. tried and tried but nv buy. sorry guys. I really liked the giodarno one. but $28!! My cut off pt is $20 for that. This fashion is quite cheap, but i din buy coz i tot that black sleeveless top make me look rebellious. I want to have this demure, guai, mature but still funky look.
then we went to watch turn left turn right. oh man. It was nice lor!! Very funny!!!!!! but that shaw house theatre a bit smelly and not enuff leg space. The chair in front was knocking into my knees. (the chairs were a bit like rocking chairs) The show's about 2 lovers who were always so close to meeting but nv meet. They were looking for each other so desperately... ah...when 2 parallel lines meet... a lot of times when we walk, we pass many ppl, but seldom take a second look. there might be a person whom we pass many many times, but din realise.
Then we continued window shopping. after we were sick of taka, we went to suntec so big!! city link quite nice. Near esplanade!! Ooohhh... I wanna watch forbidden city again. It's the best performance i ever watched!!! Really, and saltimbanco too =) it's absolutely perfect. I love Kit Chan!!! Thanks ld, for "sponsering" the musical. It's absolutely fantastic!! i love it like crazy. It's a totally wonderful bday prezzie. Must watch again with my family. Haiya, but cheapest tic like $30+ My seat was like few stories high. but the actor's voices were really...really just melodic and harmonic and wadever! i really must watch again. Bought the cd, with Yujin, coz we share. Now it's something i can use to look forward to sch reopening. Shuyu's right. hols are ending faster than we think. ooohhh. i really love forbidden city-portrait of an empress, it's cool!!! It's about the emperss cixi's side of the story. and it's ending like 21st sep or sth. sigh. so fast!! by then exams round e corner how to watch? even if i buy the vcd, effect wun be there.

Really hope Karen finds her wallet soon. She's really upset bout it. if her parents' are as understanding as mine, she'll be fine i guess. it's only some money and cards which are not that hard to replace. But of course if she finds it, good for her! i'm always losing this and that all the time, that my mum's kind of used to it. So she just dun give me too much $$ and important documents to keep. coz it's only a matter of time b4 i lose it, or spend it. Poor Karen....
