With this, we've set up an irony and are prepared for some maluation. doubt we'll win the comp.[with me around] not that I got no confidence, but we've really no progress.
today went to toa payoh library to do a math project supposedly... went early, wanted to get into the library but they didn't allow coz of some story telling competition. Was furious waiting outside under the sun.
So while waiting for them to come, i went to cold storage for some aircon. had difficulty getting out later coz i din buy anything.
Then the library can enter already. I went in. Saw the crossword puzzle contest open to primary kids, so i entered under my sister's name. hehe. but won't win one lor. Lady Luck hasn't been shining on me lately. Then wanted to call they all and ask why so long, but..... "NO HANDPHONE, LADY!" Why everything also cannot??!!
then Jas, Vivien and Mong Hun came. We made ourselves comfortable at a table where there was very few around. But "NO STUDYING ON WEEKENDS!!!" Sigh. So we pretended to be reading the library books.
Then we saw a crazy woman. She came to sit with us and really had mental problem lor!! She was laughing to herself and making those actions and faces. I did feel sorry for her tho i was also a little amused.
Sad to say, we didn't do a fragment of maths at all. Don't understand anything! Just telling you sth: Chances of striking all 6 numbers in toto is 1 in 45C6, ie 1/8145060. Of course if you buy system7-12 or system roll chances will be higher.
After lunch, we went J8, played arcade and took neoprints.
Then Mong Hun and Vivien promised Jas and I a present if we screamed "Merry christmas!" at the top of our lungs. hahaz. we did just that....over the railing. Not just once but twice. Got some expected stares.
Then went Minitoons to buy presents for one another. Ah!! at least i made use of the calculator I brought...to calculate how much to pay and all those...We bought:
Mong Hun- $30 present lor!! it's a very special Pooh cushion. Those synthetic ones.
Jas- Bag+photo frame for her neoprints
Vivien- furry handphone cushion
Me- a container+hairband+some coin tin cans
I'm seriously broke- again.
