Suddenly, I feel so lonely. So so alone in this big big world. maybe it's just me, i just feel i lack friends. like some old folk always say, if you can count 5 true friends, you're really lucky. I'm not lucky then. coz i can count none. Are "friends" who deem studying for their tests more important than supporting your performance, should really be called friends? Acquaintances then i believe. I find it safe complaining and criticizing about people here. Coz anyway, who reads anything besides their TB?
Or maybe it's just this society. Our australian instructor once commented on apathy of singaporean teens. I don't disagree. I'm guilty too. Or maybe our pressure cooker have denatured us. The things on everyone's minds is tests, nothing but it. It's worse if you're in a top class in a top school. much as I don't like to be kiasu, i don't like to be the odd one out.
At least I have "unbound" to occupy my truobled mind now. It really is an engaging play worth watching. It's portrays women vividly through the ages. Makes me laugh till my sides ache and cry till my nose runs. (tho i watched it like a zillion times over)
