I'm so angry with Class 95FM! Just when I was already very sad over Li Jiawei's 2 matches, they had to come up with this "phone interview". It went like this:
DJ( I think Glenn Ong or Flying Dutchman): We love you Jiawei! Come one back to singapore! We will always support you...
Jiawei: (crying) I didn't win the medal..sobsob...wo hen shiwang
DJ: is Ronald there with you? Ronald Susilo!!!
Jiawei: Ron...ron...
Ronald: boohoohoo...leave us alone.
I thought Jiawei was so sad that she cried non stop until her voice was so hoarse. I didn't really believe that was her. but since i never heard her voice before, i wasn't really sure.. I was so sad our Singaporean heroine was in such pain that i cried too. sobsobs.
Yeah, but it was actually Glenn impersonating them.
Ronald came back happy. Said he was proud of Jiawei. i hope Jiawei comes back with a light heart and bouncy steps too. It's too bad her flight is next tues 0550. or i'll go to the airport to welcome her. Imagine what a heartwarming sight, with singaporean in red and white holding banners and clapping clappers to welcome our top paddler. Hope she will be touched and happy. She shouldn't feel bad or apologetic at all. Coz in everyone's eyes, she's the best! ah....
And now like many people want to boycott korean things. I just think that North Korean sucks. Her noises are sooo unnecessary. I agree with most people they should tape her mouth. It's not fair to use that to distract people and scare them. But then again, Jiawei wasn't very mentally strong. especailly when she had to go into the bronze match with a stigma that she, seeded 6th, lost to a 40th seed.
