Man... just watched 2 movies today. The Fantastic Four and Chicken Little. Quite different, yet similar in the sense that both are about some hero saving the day. Thank goodness, I'm not going to watch yet another cliched movie later.
With so many movies like X-men, Spiderman, Fantastic Four, and highly advanced technology, it's no wonder people are tempted to go create super humans. Yeah, people are practising gene doping and gene therapy and all that, but maybe one day they'll come up with something more radical. Maybe not so extreme like invisibility, but I suppose scientists would not deem it impossible to find the DNA sequences which can make humans fly, or give us immense flexibility. Or perhaps one day we will know how to administer controlled radiation to alter DNA.
There is so much to be explored.
Ah Chicken Little! I rmb reading the book when I was very very very young. Man... what a feeble attempt to try to introduce a little romance into the film. Ha... I guess it's easiest to tell someone you like her when the aliens are attacking. You can run off after that. And I was waiting for Dragostea Din Tei to play, at some point or other in the movie. Well, there was quite a few songs, even I Will Survive, but no "Mai-ee-ah-hi..."
Hmmm... got to start planning my battle strategy. In case they attck me first. Muhahaha, they won't be proud for long! "Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another as to remain always cool and unruffled under all circumstances."
