10 things I learnt during harmoc chalet
1. It is POSSIBLE to get sick of bridge. I love playing bridge with harmoc ppl coz no pesky rvians(maybe only 1 rvian) to displace/scold/bully me. Haha, and they are under the impression I'm quite good at bridge, for some reason. And people actually want to partner me! Hahaha!
2. How to play mahjong. Thanks to Joanne. Too bad I don't find it very fun yet. Can't even tell a flower apart from a 1bamboo.
3. Double bike is very SHUANG! Can be entertained by the person in front. Or in my case, entertain the person in front of me. Haha, but I think Youjin is happier I'm there to absorb the dirt than any other reason. Oh dear, I'm addicted to doublebikes liao. But the person in front of me must be nice enough not to try race other bikers!
4. For a 2day1night chalet, no need to bring toiletries and change of clothes. Nobody will bathe or brush teeth. Haha maybe just an extra tshirt, if you're gonna sit at the backseat of a doublebike. No need contacts solution too. Just bring some eyedrops. Wore my contacts for the longest time ever! 30hours, for the record. Oh yes, bring insect repellent! Poor Yinshan got so many mosquito bites. Must sayang. Hope she's ok now.
5. It's very easy to scare people at night during chalet. Haha, got some scaring-people materials from Yuejia's wild imagination. Dunno what, biking halfway then suddenly a figure pop up in front of you. Or there's another shadow next to your shadow. See! That's why I like doublebikes. But too bad if you and your partner cycling alone at night, then suddenly he turn around, and it's not his face!
6. I'm not the only one who suffers from nobody-loves-me-coz-nobody-wants-to-go-for-my-harmoc-concert sadness. I'm just glad that I can control my tearglands much much better than Xueyi. Wah, the empty harmoc concert list beside the other filled concert lists is really a test of teargland control. To whatever few classmates who may be reading this, I'm not nonchalant at that time, and I don't think it's funny. Don't want to post anything in white font already.
7. When you're enjoying yourself so much, you forget to take photos. So here's the only photo I took:
8. They consider the month when allowing you to buy liqour. Haha, Youjin, Max, Pohwei and I went to buy drinks at Cheers, then Max was checked! Hahaha, then the rest of us sure cannot pull it off liao.
9. Rum taste better than beer/wine/vodka.
10. Don't bother watching sunrise on a cloudy morning. But it was quite romantic sitting there actually. Even if the sun did not sort of rise, and your sleepy companions gave up halfway. Aiyah, don't know when I'll get to watch my first sunrise at the beach. Honeymoon maybe.
