Short but sweet stint being a p2 relief teacher. I've learnt not to be guiled by their nymphet cuteness. My job would have been so much easier if right from the beginning I was strict with the little imps. Some are so rude I would have slapped them if they werent so cute. And if I wouldnt get fired.

Pardon me if I have been quiet these days. It's coz I'm tired from screaming.

Whenever I ask them to help me carry books, the whole class will raise their hands, some will come forward and tug my clothes and beg me to let them help. Some will jump at their seats. When i ask questions, they are also so enthu. Contrast this with out enthu-ness in lectures and tutorials.

I go recess with the kids. Had as little contact with the teachers as possible. I'm scared of them. Forgot how to survive with a half hour recess already. 10min if you minus time taken to walk to canteen, queueingup 5min before bell rings, canteen duty, classroom duty.

I was suppossed to choose ava monitresses. Then I asked those who want to raise up their hand. Then I walked past Alicia and said "Alicia, you're out." Then she burst into tears. Oh nooooo. =(

PE was bad. Someone sprained ankle, someone skinned knee, someone fell into muddy water, someone got whipped by skipping rope.

SS was worse. Miss Shen don't know what pomelo symbolises.

I don't think I can be a longterm teacher. Hiding behind a flimsy mask will be frustrating after a while. Definately cant connect emotionally with them. I feel disgusting feigning admiration at their staying awake till 11pm, their skill of squirting water from their bottles.
